The Leadership Team are technology industry veterans from some of the top software and services vendors in the world. They bring complementary skills and experiences to the leadership of the company, allowing GlobalSoft to provide innovative, quality services to our clients and vendor partners.

Raj Lohia, CEO
Raj is founder and CEO of GlobalSoft. He is a Senior Architect and leads Integration Services practice. Raj has an impeccable technical background including over 15 years of software development and lead experience. He was a founding member of Active Software, the pioneer EAI Company that is now part of Software AG.
Raj plays an instrumental role in architecture design, implementation, testing to production rollout and support. Raj is also a mentor to the consultants in the Integration Services practice. His practical project management and team skills are proven to meet client’s tight time-to-market requirements.

Giri Venkatesan, Managing Director, India Development Center
Giri leads GlobalSoft’s operations in India. He has over 13 years of experience in engineering management and product/solution strategy. His experience covers a wide spectrum of engineering activities including Product Development, Quality Assurance, Technical and Professional Services.

Giri was one of the early members of Active Software, the pioneer EAI Company that is now part of Software AG. Giri has a long association with webMethods product development team and his development and delivery skills are unmatched.

Rob Caplan, COO
Rob has been managing the business of technology for over 20 years. A veteran of both iconic technology companies and small start-ups, Rob provides business guidance and marketing savvy to management of GlobalSoft’s business.

Venky Madireddi, CTO 

As the Chief Technology Officer of GlobalSoft, Venky Madireddi is responsible for technology strategy planning, identifying competitive services, product strategy, and recognizing opportunities for innovation and technology alliances with industry. Prior to joining GlobalSoft, Venky held technical leadership positions at KnowNow, Auspex and Verity. He brings years of experience in Data Integration, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Search and Internet Security technologies.

Jeff Klagenberg, VP, Products & Solutions 

Jeff is a 20 year technology veteran who understands the incredible value and complexities of the enterprise integration technologies. In his role as VP Solution Architecture, he works directly with clients to deliver practical solutions to difficult problems and leads GlobalSoft\'s solution development efforts.

Prior to joining GlobalSoft, Jeff built a strong and unique combination of application and data integration experience. His experience started at Lockheed, working with command and control centers. After this he led product organizations at software integration companies, such as Siperian (Acquired by Informatica), Talarian (acquired by Tibco), and Reasoning. As an executive consultant Jeff put his experience to work helping several new and growing companies.
