A significant aspect of GlobalSoft's Engineering Services is focused on supported the needs of our Software Vendor partners. For this we offer Vendor Engineering Services, our vendor-focused engineering and technical services delivered using our Virtual Entity business model.

Software vendors looking to expand their engineering and support capabilities are faced with options – add more staff in their US operations, or look for alternatives with lower cost resources. GlobalSoft's Virtual Entity model allows a vendor to add low cost engineering resources without the cost, time, and headache of establishing an offshore operation.

Technical Support Services

Providing product and technical support is a requirement for vendors. Customers need to be able to ask questions and get problems addressed. Many times support is the front-line of a customer relationship.

GlobalSoft is able to provide comprehensive technical support services out of our India Development Center in Bangalore. Skilled and cost effective support professionals extend the reach of a vendor’s support team giving them wider time zone coverage, and local support for their partners in India.

Product Engineering

Our vendor partners have enhanced and extended their product development capabilities by utilizing GlobalSoft’s Product Development services to augment their own in-house engineering activities. GlobalSoft’s development team operates as an extension of the vendor software engineering team, participating in team meetings, and subject to the vendor’s processes and methodologies.

QA & Testing

Testing is an essential component of the product development lifecycle. It provides assurance that development functions as intended. GlobalSoft assists vendors with the testing function; either as an integral member of their QA team, or as an independent testing organization. Either way, GlobalSoft is committed to helping our vendor partners bring their products to market.
