Support Services using the Virtual Offshore Entity Model

Under GlobalSoft's Virtual Offshore Entity (VOE) model, vendors are provided with dedicated staff who works solely on the business of that vendor. Staffs are vendor approved, follow applicable vendor processes and access vendor support systems. Management of staff is shared--the vendor carries out direction and activity-based management, with staffing and performance-based management carried out by GlobalSoft in consultation with the vendor.
