Raj Lohia
CEO
Raj is founder and CEO of Globalsoft. He is a senior architect and leads Globalsoft’s consulting services practice. Raj has an impressive technical background including over 20 years of software development and lead experience. He was a founding member of Active Software, the pioneer EAI company that is now part of Software AG.
Raj plays an instrumental role in architecture design, implementation and testing to production rollout and support. Raj is also a mentor to Globalsoft’s consultants. His practical project management and team skills are proven to meet client’s tight time-to-market requirements.
Rob Caplan
COO
Rob has over 20 years experience managing the business of high tech and turning ideas and technologies into successful businesses. His broad background includes strategic counsel in channel and partnership development, strategic marketing, and commercialization of R&D. Rob has been COO of Globalsoft, Inc. since 2008.
A veteran of both iconic businesses—such as Apple Computer, EDS, and Active Software–and small start-ups, Rob provides business guidance and marketing savvy to the management of Globalsoft’s business.
Zia Quraishi
Vice President of Services
With over 30 years of experience and leadership in high technology services delivery, Zia joins GlobalSoft with a wealth of knowledge in practice development, executive relationship management, and delivery implementation.
A veteran of Informatica’s Professional Services Organization for over seventeen years as an MDM Architect, MDM Practice Lead, and Senior Director, Americas Delivery, Zia recruited, trained, mentored, and led a team of over 180 highly performing services professionals that implemented Informatica solutions for Global 100 customers.
Prior to Informatica, Zia held various services delivery roles at CSC, webMethods, Active Software, and Software AG.
Amar Doshi
Director of Consulting Services
Amar has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and product engineering. He has domain expertise in master data management, data quality, data integration, data lake, and data engineering. He has extensive experience in building practice lines, scaling operation, and building strong relationships with the clients.
In his previous roles Amar has managed strategic accounts, owner of PnL, responsible for Pre-Sales activities, built agile, lean, and mean teams by pro actively cross-training teams. Amar is champion of people and takes pride in building cohesive teams.
Dominic SL Maliekal
Consulting Manager
Dominic is a highly experienced software development professional with 25 Years of expertise in managing ERP products, compliance tools, and SaaS -based web security services. He excels in deep application integration, particularly with ETL and Master Data integration, including D&B data. Dominic’s passion lies in fostering creativity, setting standards, building reusable components, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. With his analytical mindset, he consistently improves performance and delivers innovative solutions, making him a valuable asset in software development.
Narayan Pahwa
Human Resource and Administration
Narayan leads the Human Resource Management and Administration at Globalsoft. He brings over 9 years of experience in Human Resource Management and has been associated with Globalsoft since 2010. His extensive knowledge of the industry, leadership, and planning skills has been instrumental in setting up Policies & Procedures, Financial Planning and talent acquisition.
Narayan has spent time in all facets of Human Resource Management and his rich experience and knowledge has contributed to Globalsoft’s continued success in India. He has been driving new initiatives and setting up processes that have resulted in improved employee engagement.
