How it works
The D&B Direct Monitor retrieves the latest changes made to enriched records for all registered DUNS from D&B and processes these changes into a landing table. It is then consumed by a user-specific process to update existing D&B data to keep it current and complete.
The Monitor showcases a minimal and efficient user interface to configure References and check the status of jobs to retrieve and process notifications.
Application Views
Dashboard
Displays charts and tabular reports with detailed metrics about DUNS registration.
Job Status
Displays all jobs that have ever been created, with their corresponding status. Provides the user with visibility into the job type, current status and when these jobs are expected to be completed.
Registration
The Registration tab displays a tabular report of all the registered DUNS data for each Reference, including details such as name of the Organization, Address and Country code. The Registration page allows a user to View, Add or Cancel Registered DUNS.
Configuration
Access for all configurable settings for the Monitor. It also provides access to the page required to create a reference for the D&B product monitored.
Administration
All administrative activities for the Monitor are performed in Administration section including User Management and System utilities
Supported D&B API Calls
Provides the most efficient way to gain basic information about a potential prospect. It is executed by the S360 Connector once a DUNS is available after the successful matching during Identity Resolution.

Provides details on the company profile, executive team members, latitude and longitude, URL, stock ticker, and company financials. - Supplier Master Data Enrichment – CMPSUP
Supplier Master Data Enrichment has been designed to meet a customer’s Supply Base Management and Spend Management needs along with any Supplier Onboarding needs. This product contains data to verify the identity of the business, the senior principal, business size, and corporate parents. - Supplier Risk Assessment – CMPSRA
The Supplier Risk Assessment data product supports a customer’s supplier onboarding process by providing D&B’s supply related risk scores and ratings along with other risk scores (failure and delinquency), how the entity pays its own suppliers and the D&B Standard and Viability ratings.
Searches for all the possible company branches present in the D&B Direct service based on given DUNS number. It is triggered asynchronously once the business entity is imported successfully.
