Provides detailed analysis about Task Activities, including Volume of tasks Created and Closed each day, 30-day trending, Daily averages, Record count of Manual Merge queue, as well as Regional and Global view of Task Activity
Task Backlog Analysis
provides visibility into task backlog, allowing management to re-prioritize and reassign tasks based upon task types and age of backlog.
Data Steward Monitoring
Provides insight into the tasks and activities Data Stewards are working on, as well as their performance over multiple reporting periods.
