D&B Direct for Informatica MDM now supports Salesforce with Search-Before-Create functionality

SBC for SFDC extends data enrichment solution to facilitate new account creation in CRM with complete and accurate data

San Jose, CA – Globalsoft, Inc., has released a new component to their data enrichment solution D&B Direct for Informatica MDM providing coordination between Salesforce CRM and Informatica MDM.  Called SBC for SFDC, it empowers users of Salesforce to create and manage new accounts, while governance over new accounts is carried out in MDM.

Developed in conjunction with Dun & Bradstreet, SBC for SFDC provides Salesforce users visibility during the new account creation process into existing records as well as matches with organizations included in the D&B business universe, helping to avoid duplication and increasing the accuracy and completeness of accounts created. Initially created in a Pending state, once reviewed and approved within MDM, newly created accounts are marked as Active and available for enrichment from D&B’s extensive detailed business data.

SBC for SFDC has been designed for Informatica Customer 360 and requires the C360 Connector, another component of D&B Direct for Informatica MDM. SBC for SFDC, as well as all the components of D&B Direct for Informatica MDM, are available from Dun & Bradstreet.
